The dressing on this salad doesn't add flavor so much as enhance the flavor of the fruit and act as a preservative to keep it bright and fresh longer. I like it, because I think fruit is best served au natural.
12 - 15 cups of cut up fruit (I used watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwi, pineapple, apples, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, mango and strawberries.)
Blend the following and pour over fruit:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup lime juice
a few drops of aromatic bitters
2-3 Tblsp Rum
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 tsp salt
